Chicago Cuatro Orchestra's Rising Star
               Emerie Moreno

Picture
One of The Chicago Cuatro Orchestra's talented young cuatristas, Emerie Moreno, has been accepted to the 2020 Rising Star Honor Roll for Honors in Music! Nominated by CCO Instructor Jeff Kust, Emerie joins other rising stars across the city being recognized by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) as they showcase youth art programs throughout Chicago. Congratulations, Emerie! We're so proud of you!

Success Stories

The 2020 Avondale-Logandale's Beginners Cuatro class demonstrate their command of the Puertorican Cuatro after only four classes. These students dedicated their time and effort into practicing this simple melody and the joy in their ultimate success radiates off of them!

While we currently cannot be together in the same way, there are alternative music education opportunities to take advantage of so that you too can share in this same sense of accomplishment.

The Chicago Cuatro Orchestra Project is offering FREE pre-recorded instruction on our website and FREE weekly virtual classes via Zoom. We hope to see you there!
